COFFEE PROCESSING
Once MF Coffee Project weighs, grades and buys coffee cherries from Tiko Coffee Collective they process them.
Processing is the removal of the outer layers of the coffee cherry to get to the seed (or bean). There are a bunch of different ways to process coffee but the three ways we stick too are Washed, Honey and Natural.
Each Processing method affects the flavour of your cup of coffee, even if the coffee was harvested from the same coffee tree on the same day.
